Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within three business days. Please allow four weeks for delivery of your order.

Packaging

We have shipped dozens of instruments overseas and within Australia without incident. All guitars are packaged in sturdy shipping cartons and well padded.

We do advise purchasing a case with your guitar to provide an added level of protection, particularly for international orders.

Australian Delivery

Guitars are sent within Australia via courier or Australia Post Registered mail. A signature is required to accept delivery and insurance for loss and damage during transit is included.

Strings and accessories are sent via Australia Post regular or express.

International Delivery

Instrument orders are sent via International Air Express; orders typically take 3-7 days for arrival. Final delivery of instrument and accessories is generally handled by your local postal service. Wherever possible we will provide a shipping number to allow online tracking of your shipment. Insurance for loss and damage during transit is included.

Please ensure you are familiar with any import duties or customs tax prior to ordering. We take no responsibility for any tax or surcharge levied during the delivery process. We also advise familiarising yourself with any local restrictions on products containing parts such as guitar woods, mother of pearl and abalone.

Strings and accessories will be sent via air mail.

Insurance

Getting your instrument to you safely is one of our greatest concerns. For this reason we include insurance for loss/damage during transit with all orders. Please ensure you inspect the packaging prior to signing to accept delivery and notify the delivery agent if there is any noticeable damage.

In-Person Collection

If you are in the Brisbane area you are more than welcome to arrange to collect your purchase from us in person. Collection is from our workshop; for this reason a suitable time and date will need to be arranged in advance.

When placing an order, simply select "In-Person Collection" as your desired delivery method, and advise us in the Comments section of your preferred collection time.
