Accessory Returns Policy

We accept returns on non-guitar orders only in the event of defects or faults with the product.

Our guitar cases are designed to fit most vintage style Weissenborn guitars. Due to the hundreds of variations of both original and modern Weissenborn style instruments, we cannot guarantee the fit of our cases. Please check the measurements carefully, as we cannot accept returns for cases.

Warranty on Richard Wilson Guitars

The Richard Wilson instruments we sell are built to the highest standard with the finest workmanship and components available. All guitars are warranted to ensure customer satisfaction. Warranty excludes:

  • General wear and tear.
  • Damage due to neglect or misuse.
  • Neck resets, refretting or nut/saddle adjustments as a result of typical long-term changes that take place naturally on string instruments.
  • Instruments that have been exposed to abnormal or extreme temperature or humidity conditions.
  • Third party components, including but limited to tuners, pickups, strings or cases. Some of these items may however be covered by a manufacturer's warranty; contact us for more information.
  • Instruments modified or altered after purchase.
  • Delivery or freight charges that arise as a result of a warranty claim. It is the customer's sole responsibility to pay for any and all charges to and from Weissenborns.com and/or an authorised agent.

Warranty on Vintage & Used Guitars

Vintage & Used guitars are pre-owned instruments - sometimes upwards of a century old - and as such will exhibit various wear and tear and blemishes. We make every effort to describe and photograph these instruments exactly as-is to ensure the instrument you purchase is exactly as you expect.

For a three month period from time of purchase we will repair any issues with these guitars that were not described in the original listing.
