Refund policy

We want every order from us to meet your expectations. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us through our Contact page and we will be happy to assist.

  • Strings – Once the packaging is opened, string sets cannot be returned. Breaking the seal exposes the strings to air and begins the corrosion process, meaning they can no longer be resold or guaranteed.

  • Apparel & Goods – Items that have been worn, used, or washed are not eligible for return.

  • All Other Cases – If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days of receipt so we can make it right.

Return eligibility will be confirmed upon inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
